- Target Player: Liverpool have Manu Koné, the French midfielder currently playing for AS Roma, on their radar as a potential future option for the January transfer window.
- Valuation / Background: Chelsea previously agreed on personal terms with Koné toward the end of the summer window and offered Roma around €65 million (approximately £56 million). However, Roma manager Gian Piero Gasperini blocked the move to avoid weakening his midfield.

- Other Targets Mentioned:
- Liverpool and Chelsea are also monitoring Monaco midfielder Lamine Camara.
- Crystal Palace midfielder Adam Wharton remains on Liverpool’s shortlist, with a potential departure expected to cost around £75 million or more.
