The hashtag refers to the current season of the long-running reality competition series Big Brother. The show has been airing since early July, mixing new players with returning veterans from other reality programs, and it has reached its late stages with only a handful of contestants left.Yesterday featured a double eviction episode. After a series of competitions and votes, two houseguests were sent to the jury in one night, shrinking the remaining field to five. One of those evicted was a player who had been closely allied with another remaining contestant, and the second eviction involved a last-minute replacement nomination after a veteran won safety. A previously lower-profile player also won both a safety competition and the subsequent Head of Household title, putting two of the season’s most prominent veterans on the block.Fans are reacting to the sudden shift in power, the broken alliances, the competition results, and what the new lineup means for the final two weeks before the finale. Discussions focus on strategy, loyalty, and which of the remaining five is best positioned heading into the endgame.
