This Fox News video segment features commentary surrounding the Los Angeles mayoral race, specifically focusing on candidate Nithya Raman. During the segment, a former Trump campaign official sharply criticizes Raman’s progressive policies and approach to governance, arguing that her election would “catastrophically” push Los Angeles over the edge, particularly concerning key local issues like housing, public safety, and the city’s ongoing homelessness crisis. Critics in the segment contend that her platform would worsen existing economic and social challenges in the city, while supporters and the campaign defend her record and emphasis on progressive urban reform.
