In January 2026, two suspects were arrested in connection with a repeat break-in at a smoke shop located along Route 9 in Natick, Massachusetts.

According to the business owner, the store had been targeted multiple times within a short period. In this incident, the perpetrators forced entry into the shop during the early morning hours by smashing through the entrance, aiming to steal merchandise, including tobacco products, vape supplies, and cash from the register.

Natick police responded quickly to the alarm, located suspects matching descriptions near the scene, and took two individuals into custody. The store owner expressed frustration over the repeated financial strain, property damage, and security concerns stemming from recurring retail theft targeting smoke and vape businesses in the area.
