The multi-day event featured seminars, professional learning opportunities, and keynote addresses from educational speakers such as Jimmy Casas and Joy Kelly. The summit was structured to cater to both audiences, with Saturday focusing heavily on family and community involvement and Monday emphasizing staff professional development. Attendees also had access to free educational resources, the Scholar’s Pantry, and a dedicated space for children supervised by trained YMCA counselors.
