A 47-year-old woman named Chrissy Payne, from Brooklyn, was arrested following an attempted kidnapping of a 4-year-old boy outside a McDonald’s on Eastern Parkway near Utica Avenue in Brooklyn.
According to police and the boy’s family, the child was with his grandmother when the suspect attempted to forcefully take him. The grandmother fought to hold onto the boy’s arm, and when the boy’s father confronted the woman, she claimed the child belonged to her before fleeing the scene after the mother intervened and grabbed the boy back.
