A second suspect, 19-year-old Katlar Parchman, has been ordered held in connection with the death of 29-year-old Kyle Bickham, who was pushed from a moving Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) Red Line train. Investigators state that Bickham was returning home from work on September 7 when an altercation broke out with four passengers. During the dispute, the group forced open the doors of the train’s last car while it was moving and pushed him onto the tracks, leading to his death. Parchman faces charges including first-degree murder, murder during the commission of another forcible felony, aggravated battery of a transit employee, and mob action. She is the second person charged in the case, following a 15-year-old girl who was previously charged as well.
