According to the BBC Sport article:
Manchester United striker Benjamin Sesko has withdrawn from Slovenia’s upcoming Nations League fixtures. The 23-year-old was absent from United’s 1-1 draw against Fulham after sustaining a shin injury during their Carabao Cup tie against Brighton.
By withdrawing, Sesko joins Manchester United teammates Kobbie Mainoo, Marcus Rashford, and Karl Darlow, who have also pulled out of international duty.
A club statement noted that Sesko will undergo tests to establish an individualized recovery plan ahead of Manchester United’s next fixture against Tottenham on October 10.
