(#MightyCorrection) What is the story behind this trend in Social Media today?
26-09-2026
The hashtag refers to a wave of posts from Christian communities focused on repentance, holiness, and readiness for the return of the Messiah. People using it treat “mighty correction” as God’s discipline that is meant to save rather than condemncalling believers to turn from sin, fear God, live in purity, and prepare spiritually rather than chase prosperity or comfort. Messages often quote Scripture about judgment, holiness, and the coming of Christ, and they appear in multiple languages as part of an ongoing emphasis on revival and turning back to what posters describe as the true gospel. The activity is especially visible today as participants share similar calls for the church to repent and be ready.
