European amputee club football reached a historic milestone with the launch of the inaugural EAFF Conference League in Bucharest, Romania. Organized by the European Amputee Football Federation (EAFF) and hosted by FCSB, the tournament expands the continent’s official club competition structurejoining the existing Champions League and Europa League.

Modelled after traditional able-bodied European competitions, the new league provides international playing opportunities specifically for clubs from nations where domestic amputee football leagues are not yet fully established. The historic inaugural tournament features four clubs representing four different countries: FCSB from Romania, Maccabi Haifa FC from Israel, AFAS FC from Scotland, and Panathinaikos AC PwD from Greece.
