According to the report published by KTLA, a 55-year-old man was arrested after breaking into a victim’s hotel room in Big Bear Lake, California.

Deputies from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department (Big Bear Sheriff’s Station) responded to the scene after a guest discovered the stranger inside their room. The suspect had illegally entered the occupied room and was suspected of stealing items belonging to the victim. Following the encounter, law enforcement took the man into custody, and he was booked on charges related to theft and trespassing.
