27-09-2026
Magia Day is an annual live event and livestream tied to the Puella Magi Madoka Magica franchise, originally created for the mobile game Magia Record and later continued for its successor, Magia Exedra. It is typically held in late August or September and brings together voice actresses, staff, and fans for announcements, talk segments, games, and merchandise reveals. The 2026 edition is titled Magia Day 2026 -1.5th Anniversary- and is taking place today, September 27. It marks one and a half years since Magia Exedra launched. The program includes an in-person gathering in Tokyo plus a YouTube livestream that begins in the evening Japan time. Featured performers include voice actresses for Namae, A-Q, Homura, Mami, Sayaka, and Kyoko, with a host guiding the show. The hashtag is spreading today because official promotions asked fans to post with it for giveaway entries, while viewers and attendees are discussing the stream, anniversary campaigns, and expected new game information. After Magia Record ended service, this yearly gathering shifted its focus to Magia Exedra, which is why the tag is prominent on the anniversary date.
