• The Form 7 Mechanism: Under the Election Commission of India’s rules, Form 7 is an application used for objecting to the proposed inclusion of a name or requesting the deletion of an existing entry from the electoral roll. Owaisi claimed pre-filled deletion requests were being filed without legitimate applicant details or proper verification.

• The Warning to the Election Commission: Owaisi called upon the Election Commission of India (ECI), Telangana’s Chief Electoral Officer (CEO), and district election officials to immediately intervene and initiate strict action against those filing fraudulent objection forms.
