A former American Idol contestant and worship pastor, Flynn was convicted in late September 2026 for the murder of his wife, Ashley Flynn. He had claimed she was killed by an intruder during a home break-in, but investigators found digital and forensic evidence disproving his story, along with texts to an alleged mistress sent just before the killing.
