Dedicated Nebraska Cornhuskers fans are paying $3,000 each for these authentic, game-used bathroom pieces as unique collectibles. Several of the troughs have already been purchased by enthusiastic supporters looking to own a literal piece of stadium history. Each piece weighs roughly 300 pounds (about 136 kg) and dates back to the venue’s original construction.

Aside from the heavy-duty plumbing fixtures, the athletic department is also selling other pieces of stadium history ahead of the modernizing updates, including old locker room seats, stadium benches, and directional signage. The university has confirmed that all purchased fixtures will be thoroughly sanitized before being delivered to the buyers.
