Crews are breaking ground on the Bolden Street District, a major 90- to 92-acre mixed-use development and community hub located along the busy Laurens Road corridor in Greenville, South Carolina, adjacent to the Prisma Health Swamp Rabbit Trail.

• Developers and Partners: The project is being developed by Verdae Development Inc., a subsidiary of Hollingsworth Funds, in partnership with the City of Greenville. It aligns with the city’s long-term GVL2040 comprehensive plan.
