An incident occurred at the Callaway House student apartments in Norman, near the University of Oklahoma, where a student woke up around 4 a.m. to find an unknown man inside her off-campus apartment rifling through her belongings. The intruder, who was reportedly unclad or partially nude during similar or related unsettling encounters reported by students in the area, fled after the resident screamed. No injuries or major property losses were initially reported, and local law enforcement along with campus officials investigated the security breach while urging students to keep their doors securely locked.
