According to the Fox News report, here are the key details of the story:

Carter Eslick, 20, a former fraternity leader at Northern Arizona University (NAU), was sentenced in Coconino County Superior Court to two months in jail following a fatal hazing incident.

Eslick served as the pledge master for the Delta Tau Delta fraternity at the time of the incident, which occurred on January 31 at an off-campus fraternity residence. During the hazing event, a pledge named Colin Daniel Martinez died from alcohol poisoning.

An autopsy revealed that Martinez had a blood-alcohol concentration of 0.45% shortly after his death. Reports indicated that Martinez was part of a group of four pledges forced to drink two bottles of vodka until they vomited. Witnesses stated that fraternity members attempted to monitor Martinez while he slept, adjusting his sleeping position multiple times before discovering his condition.

Eslick pleaded guilty to a felony hazing charge. In court, with Martinez’s parents present, Eslick expressed remorse and stated that he takes “full responsibility for the hand I played in that ritual.”
